OrderingOur shopping cart system is linked with our credit card processor, but you can still use it if you are paying by check. Print out a copy of your order for your own records and then email us the page (be sure to Quote the page, don't simply send the URL as an attachment) or cut and paste the item#s and quantities you would like to order.
Using Coupons, Credits, or Gift CertificatesIf you have a coupon, credit, or gift certificate then you'll need to follow the same procedure as paying by check. Also let us know what kind of discount you are entitled to and if you intend to pay by credit card. Our shopping cart doesn't handle coupons gracefully, so we will email back to you the adjusted total. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will also send you a URL you can use to pay for your purchase.
PaymentsWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. They are processed by CCNow using their secure server. For your records, any transactions with Hide and Seek Children's Wear will appear on your credit card under the name CCNow. You can also send your payments conveniently, safely, and immediately using our Secure Server Internet Check service. Simply calculate your subtotal, add the shipping charges yourself (see below), and any taxes. Hawaii residents must add a 4.166% tax to their order. Don't forget to email us with a listing of the items you are ordering. If you prefer, you can wait to make your payment until after you email us with your order. We will calculate the total for you and provide the secure check payment URL in our reply.
